Transitioning into construction full-time, Carl’s role as Vice President of a Sign Company provided him with a fresh perspective, leveraging his design background to assist clients with branding, problem-solving, and navigating complex regulatory landscapes. Amy’s career trajectory unfolded in manufacturing, where she mastered the intricacies of nuts, bolts, and fasteners while excelling in Quality Control and order fulfillment roles.
